DISTRICT SUPERVISOR

The Seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisor supports the General Manager in managing the overall operations of The District to ensure company standards are maintained and continually improved. They are responsible for assisting, coaching and developing an excellent customer service team. 

  • Food & Beverage leadership experience preferred
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to effectively interact and communicate with staff, guests and people
  • Schedule flexibility: willingness to work various shifts including: Nights, Weekends and/or Holidays when necessary.
  • Must be punctuational (on time and dependable)

CREW MEMBER

The Seasonal Crew Member will perform a variety of tasks throughout the restaurant, including counter/cash register, prep station, grill, fry station, lobby and patio areas.  The Crew Member will provide excellent customer service to all guests, staff and the public, and ensure the restaurant is always clean and orderly.  

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions understand guidelines and company procedures
  • Math skills and understanding of money handling
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
  • Schedule flexibility: willingness to work various shifts, weekends and/or holidays when necessary
  • Meet the physical requirements of the position with reasonable accommodation

SEASONAL BARTENDER

The Seasonal Bartender will perform a variety of tasks throughout the bar, including preparing and garnishing all alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, stocking and replenishing inventory, taking and running food orders, processing transactions, engaging and providing excellent customer service to all guests, staff and the public with a smile.

  • Hold an up to date Wisconsin Bartender License
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to follow directions, understand guidelines and company procedures
  • Math skills and understanding of money handling
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guests
  • Schedule flexibility: willingness to work various shifts including: Nights, Weekends and/or Holidays when necessary.
  • Able to reach, bend, twist and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to operate P.O.S. system
  • Ability to work and multitask in a face paced environment
